Welcome to our vacancies page. Here at Oatlands Infant School, as a 'mindful employer', we believe in investing in staff whilst putting health and wellbeing as our top priorities.
Our staff retention rates are excellent, however we do occasionally have vacancies. Staff are offered a comprehensive and robust induction process, and a role-specific CPD (continuous professional development) flightpath will be developed in partnership with all employees to maximise their impact and enjoyment here in school.
